Lindsay Lohan: Naked Asthma

I think it's more a comment on the state of the celebrity blogworld, rather than the celebrities themselves, when every blog (yes, this one included) must write about a celebrity being hospitalized. That said, Lindsay Lohan was hospitalized after an Asthma attack in Miami, reports pretty much everyone, including CNN.

"She's OK. She starts work in about two weeks," the publicist said. Sloane [Lindsay's publicist] added that Lohan has suffered from asthma since childhood, and she believed the actress was last hospitalized because of the condition "when she was little."

According to ETOnline, The attack was serious enough to rupture a blood vessel in Lindsay's neck, which prompted doctors to suggest she seek treament at a hospital. Obviously, cigarettes and cocaine probably don't help the situation any.

In much more important Lindsay Lohan news, however, ET also informs us that Lindsay Lohan's nude photoshoot in Vanity Fair magazine will be on newsstands January 10.

"I haven't seen anything; I'm kind of scared," Lindsay told ET at the Privé/Opium Garden party she hosted New Year's Eve in Miami Beach. "It'll be tastefully done though -- it is Vanity Fair."

"It's was kind of based on the MARILYN MONROE/BARDOT, HITCHCOCK-blonde type vibe," she says. As for going nude, she explains, "We just kind of went for it and decided to push the envelope. It was kind of my idea."
