Lindsay Lohan Almost Killed a Guy

If it's not one thing with Lindsay Lohan, it's always something else. If it's not drinking, it's drugs. If it's not one guy, it's another. Well, now it's a hit and run. Okay, not a hit and run, but definitely a hit, of a photographer, with her car.

According to Page Six, Lindsay Lohan was once again surrounded by paparazzi on Monday in New York city, but when she tried to drive away, she actually hit one of the photgraphers with her car, sending him to the hospital, albeit with minor injuries.

Lindsay, 20, had her brush with the law and photographers at Hotel Gansevoort on Ninth Avenue and West 13th Street.

She told cops she was driving friends in her mom's 2004 BMW when they pulled up to the hotel at about 3 a.m. to dodge pursuing paparazzi, who then swarmed her in the valet lane.

One shutterbug, identified as Giovanni Arnold, even jumped on the hood of Lohan's BMW, the actress told police. Arnold's employer, INF Photo, had a radically different take on the confrontation.

INF claims that Arnold was standing in front of Lohan's BMW when the Mean Girl flipped it into reverse and then drive, knocking him down. The photographer ended up at St. Vincent's Hospital, where he was treated for minor injuries.

"She got out of the car to look at Giovanni on the ground as she's talking to a cop, and then she's allowed to leave," said Dawn Leikness, INF sales director.

"The other photographers there threw a fit that she was allowed to leave. The cops then asked her friends to call her to come back, and she came back."

NYPD detectives were still probing the incident but seemed to believe Lohan, sources said.

Way to go Lindsay. We know you have a love/hate relationship wit hthe paparazzi, but try not to kill them. I'm pretty sure you can get out of a DUI charge, but Manslaughter might be a bit harder. It's funny, everyone always worries that the Parapazzi will be the cause of another celebrity's death, but no one's worried about celebrities killing the paprazzi. Talk about your double standard.
