We already know that Lindsay Lohan is desperate for attention, but here she is, once again, doing her darndest to get the paparazzi she "hates" so much to look at her.

No, she's not flashing her pussy like Britney Spears, but she is flashing her gold and diamond-encrusted hand cuffs that she just happened to pick up.

Now I don't know about you, but most normal people who shop for sexual aids make sure to keep them in the bag, so as not to arouse undue attention. But not Lindsay Lohan. She wants the attention and bad. Not only that, she's decided to wear them as a necklace.
