Stolen Jamie Lynn Spears Breast Feeding Pictures Cause Federal Investigation

Okay, so get this: You can have a baby at 16, but if you pose for pictures at 17 in which you're seen breast-feeding, that's considered child pornography. Yeah, I don't get it either, but that's the issue at the centre of a federal investigation centering around stolen Jamie Lynn Spears breast-feeding pictures. According to TMZ, Jamie's brain-trust baby daddy went to Wal-Mart (naturally) to develop pictures from a digital camera, which included a shot of Jamie Lynn Spears breast-feeding, and exposing her left breast.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ federal and local authorities are on the hunt for someone peddling 12 pics of Britney Spears, Jamie Lynn, daughter Maddie and baby daddy Casey Aldridge. One of the pictures shows Jamie Lynn breast feeding Maddie -- Jamie Lynn's left breast is exposed.

The pics were taken on Casey's digital camera. We're told he took the camera card to his local Wal-Mart in Louisiana for copies. Law enforcement believes someone at the Wal-Mart may have made extra copies, then tried selling them.

Because Jamie Lynn is a minor, selling the pics -- or buying them -- could constitute a violation of federal laws prohibiting child pornography. Peddling pictures of a minor's breast -- even if not taken for sexual purposes -- could land the seller and the buyer in federal prison if they are marketed across state lines for the purpose of being lurid. Also, anyone purchasing the pics could be prosecuted for the crime of receiving stolen property.

Other pics in the set include Britney holding the baby and one of Jamie Lynn, Britney, Brian (Brit's bro), Lynne Spears and Jamie Spears around Jamie Lynn's hospital bed. There are also pics of Maddie by herself, and there's a picture of Jamie Lynn in a negligee holding the baby.

So, yeah, don't expect to see those pictures here anytime soon, but WTF? A) Why is that family so fucking retarded. 2) The fact that they keep breeding is troubling. C) Seriously, you can have a kid at 16, and you're not considered an adult at 17? Way to go justice system.

No, that's not a typo. I'm not talking about Britney Spears, but rather her 16-year-old sister. Jaime Lynn Spears is Pregnant. That's retarded. I don't know what's up with that family but it is fucked up. Literally.

Jamie Lynn revealed to OK Magazine that she is pregnant, and keeping the baby. All we can do is pray that she has more parenting skills than Britney, but seeing as how she's 16 YEARS OLD!!!, I don't see that happening. The father is Jamie Lynn's boyfriend, Casey Aldridge, whom she met in church. Yes, church.

So retarded.

Update: Here are some "highlights" from the interview, where she talks about what happened after she learned she was pregnant.

"It was a shock for both of us, so unexpected. I was in complete and total shock and so was he. I took two weeks to myself where I didn't tell anybody."

"Only one of my friends knew because I needed to work out what I would do for myself before I let anyone's opinion affect my decision. Then I told my parents and my friends. I was scared, but I had to do what was right for me."

The best part: Jamie Lynn's newfound wisdom about pre-marital sex.

"I definitely don't think it's something you should do; it's better to wait. But I can't be judgmental because it's a position I put myself in."

Jamie Lynn won't be returning to her Nickolodeon show, Zoey 101. Duh.

Also, the parenting book written by Lynn Spears (Mother of Britney and Jamie Lynn) for Christian publishers Thomas Nelson has been "delayed indefinitely." Again, duh.
