Clark Kent finally sticking it to Lex Luthor.
The introduction of Aquaman, who while not played by the best of actors, was a cool character nonetheless.
A wicked underwater fight between Clark and A.C. aka Aquaman.
Aquaman calling Clark "Superboy."
The first real appearance of James Marsters (Spike from Buffy & Angel) as Clark's new history professor-slash-mysterious-soon-to-be-bad-guy.
The start of Lois Lane's superhero fetish - which was actually handled in a really cool way to explain why she will eventually fall for Superman - but really, who wouldn't?
Aquaman invites Clark to join the Junior Lifeguards Association, to which Clark replies "I'm not quite ready to join the JLA."
