Christina Ricci was out for the premiere of her new film Penelope last night, and while her dress is nice, it isn't particularly special, except for one notable feature: It shows off the tattoo on Christina Ricci's breast. Yes, you read that correctly, Christina Ricci has a tattoo of a bird on her right breast, and thanks to her cleavage-revealing dress, her tattoo went from being private, to rather public.
