Carla Bruni Nude Photo for Auction Stirs Up Brits

A photo of Carla Bruni nude is up for auction just as the President of France, and Bruni's husband, Nicolas Sarkozy makes his first official visit to the UK. According to CNN, Christie's auction house will be selling the print of a 1993 Carla Bruni nude photo by Michel Comte next month in New York, but word of the auction was released yesterday to capitalize on the French President's visit.

Now, if I was President of France, or President of anywhere for that matter, and I had just married a former Supermodel, I'd be selling those pictures myself, just to prove how hot a wife I've got. Of course, that would probably lead to a quick divorce, but it'd be worth it.

So here's Carla Bruni nude in the April issue of GQ magazine. A month ago, that really wouldn't have been out of the ordinary, but now Carla Bruni is basically the First Lady of France. I mean, can you imagine if Hillary Clinton had posed nude while she was the First Lady of the United States? Or even worse, if she were to pose nude now!? On second thought, you'd better not try to imagine Hillary Clinton nude.

Point is, yes, Carla Bruni is still super hot, and as far as I'm concerned, she can get naked anytime, but isn't the wife of the President of France supposed to hold off on that sort of thing? Then again, it is France...

No one quite understood what Bill Clinton saw in Monica Lewinsky, but there's no denying what French President, Nicolas Sarkozy, sees in former Supermodel, and French singer, Carla Bruni. And if you still haven't figured it out, these Carla Bruni bikini pictures should make it a little easier.

Sadly for President Sarkozy, not everything in his life is as rosy as his romance. According to BBC News, his approval ratings have plumetted among the French public since his whirlwind romance with the stunning siren began, with many saying he's spending too much time focussing on his love life, and not his job.

But if the people think he was ignoring his Presidential duties before, I wonder how much attention he's paying to politics while he's got Carla Bruni, half naked on the beach...
