Whenever I pronounce some ridiculously sexy actress or celebrity as potentially the hottest woman on the planet, the gods strike my superlative audacity with the presence of some amazingly sexy specimen that puts my previous pronouncement in obvious jeopardy. Such is the case with the smoking hot Blake Lively. Damn. Look at this young woman. Look at that body. Those barely contained boobs. Obviously, too much in the way of clothing, but, still, outrageous. She gets hotter by the day. The hottest? I'm no longer saying that, at least until the next time I say it.
