59th Annual Emmy Awards Mega Picture Post

Another year, another Emmy Awards ceremony, and another boring night spent in front of the TV. I really wish they'd outlaw award shows, instead of using the annual circle-jerk as a pathetic excuse to promote the new shows of the fall season.

At least there is the benefit of seeing all the most beautiful actresses getting dolled up for the night, even if they're mostly nipped, tucked, botoxed and fried to within an inch of actually being considered human.

Not too many standouts this year, aside from maybe the girls from Heroes. Ali Larter and Kristen Bell were stunning as always, but what the hell Hayden Panettiere thought she was doing in that taupe tent of a dress she was wearing is beyond me. On the flip side, Eva Longoria's ass was looking particularly booty-licious.

Anyways, you can check out all of the nearly 200 pictures after the jump.

2006 MTV Movie Awards Mega Pictures Post

Even though the 2006 MTV Movie Awards air this Thursday, they were held this past Saturday since aparently, MTV isn't much for the whole "live" thing. Not much to report really. No wardrobe mulfunctions, or see-through dresses to speak of, and definitely no Jessica Alba nipple slip like at last year's show.

Still, there were a lot of hotties in attendance, inlcuding host Jessica Alba, of course, along with performer Christina Aguilera, and others like Jessica Simpson, Kate Beckinsale, Eva Mendes, Sandra Bullock, Famke Janssen, Rebecca Romijn and Rosario Dawson. To name just a few.

In fact, there are 268 pictures in the gallery after the jump. That's probably enough to keep you occupied until the show actually airs.

Oh, and Lauren Conrad (LC) from Laguna Beach showed up with skeazeball boyfriend Jason. Grr. Jason.

X-Men 3: The Last Stand – Egotastic! Approved!

Well, I just got back from the 12:01 am screening of X-Men 3: The Last Stand. No, my Elite Blogger status did not grant me access to any special sneak peeks, but my Elite Nerd status made sure I was waiting in line 3 hours before the show started.

So, was it good? Well, if you are a fan of the first two X-Men movies, you have nothing to fear going into this one. Yes, it's true, in the case of X-Men fans vs. Brett Ratner, the director aquitted himself nicely. It could be the post-movie adrenaline talking here, or the caffeine from that 1.5 litre Coca-Cola, but I might even go so far as to say it's better than the others. Yes, I really did just say that.

The action was great, but there was still a lot of the character development, and pacing that made the first two movies what they were. Story-wise, this movie takes a lot of chances, and they pay off, big time. Sure, there were a few cheesey lines, but they were few and far between, and the best characters are still the best characters.

Hugh Jackman as Wolverine was as good as ever, Ian McKellen once again kicks ass as Magneto, and no one can replace Patrick Stewart as Professor Charles Xavier. Even Halle Berry as Storm finally got her moment to shine, though the lameness of the character was hard to overcome, so it's not really her fault, though, she could have tried to bring a little more life to it. New characters like Kitty Pryde played by Ellen Page, Juggernaut played by Vinnie Jones, and, of course, Kelsey Grammer as Dr. Hank McCoy (aka Beast) were great additions that added new life to the series. There were also a ton of secondary mutant characters that were pretty cool too.

I'm not going to spoil any plot points for you, but I will say this: Stay till the end. Stay past the end. After the credits there's an extra scene that you don't want to miss. Trust me.

Of course, it wouldn't be Egotastic! if we didn't have a ton of pictures of sexy stars, so here's Halle Berry, Rebecca Romijn and the rest of the cast at the X-Men premiere in Cannes. And check out Shawn Ashmore (Bobby Drake aka Ice Man) totally scoping out Halle Berry's cleavage in the first pic. That's classic. Way, way more pictures after the jump.

Rebecca Romijn Likes her Sex Kinky and Public

Celebrities are pretty easy to fantasize about, especially when they look like Rebecca Romijn, but it gets so much better when they start talking about how they're into kinky sex. According to Life Style Extra In an interview with The U.K.'s News of the World, Romijn dished on her favourite sexual fantasies, and turn ons.

I love to be nude and I love sex. Being a dominatrix in the bedroom, sex in cars and in public places all turn me on. And I love fantasising about being naked on an island with lots of other naked people.

So how come there's no Rebecca Romijn sex tape? We have to suffer through Paris Hilton's piece of crap, night-vision video, but we can't get a tape of Rebecca Romijn and her kinky sex life? What the hell is that! That just isn't fair.

Check out more pictures of Rebecca Romijn at the photocall for X-Men 3: The Last Stand at the Cannes Film Festival, after the jump.
