According to Hollyscoop.com, Mischa Barton has been arrested for a DUI. The former OC star was busted at 2:36 am for driving under the influence of alcohol, posession of illegal narcotics, and driving without a licence. Woah, a triple-play. Score!

Sources tell Hollyscoop EXCLUSIVELY that actress Mischa Barton was arrested in the wee hours this morning! She was handcuffed and arrested at 2:46AM last night and booked at 3:10AM.

Mischa was arrested on the corner of La Cienega and Santa Monica Blvd in Los Angeles late last night in her white Range Rover for Driving Under the Influence and driving without a license.

Her bail amount is set at $10,000

People Magazine also reports that illegal narcotics were found in the car:

The former star of The O.C., 21, was stopped at 2:46 a.m. and arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of illegal narcotics and driving without a valid license, according to Lieutenant Honings of the West Hollywood Sheriff's office.

Of course, this should come as no surprise. We've seen Mischa Barton smoking pot before (allegedly - for all you lawyer types out there) in the front seat of her car, and even as recently as yesterday, she was seen smoking "funny cigarettes" in the driver's seat.

Mischa Barton Nude Scenes Are No Problem

In case you were wondering, you might actually get to see Mischa Barton nude on the big screen one of these days (or on the small screen, since all her movies tend to go straight to video). In what seems like a statement designed purely to generate buzz around her non-existent career, Mischa admits that she has no problem with doing nude scenes, and that it just hasn't really come up.

I don't mind nudity. I just don't do it that often. It depends on the film and if I trust the director and if the context is emotional or just sexual.

Hmm. So maybe someone could write a movie with a couple Mischa Barton nude scenes, and make sure they are in the right context. Oh wait, they can't. Stupid writer's strike. I knew that thing would cause problems.

According to Maxim Magazine, Mischa Barton is going to have a major comeback in 2008, because she has three new movies coming out. But if her previous big screen endeavours are any indication, her big comeback will be headed straight for the back of the video store.

That being said, Mischa Barton still takes a mean picture, and here are some previews from Mischa's photoshoot in the January issue of Maxim magazine.

According to Arena Magazine, Mischa Barton's career is in full swing, but I haven't seen her in anything since she left The O.C., so I'm not entirely sure what they're smoking. They also say she's a "good girl gone bad," but I don't quite get that either. When was she a good girl? Anyway, you can kinda see the tiniest bit of Mischa Barton's nipple in this photoshoot, where Mischa Barton is opening her shirt and exposing her breast. So there's that.

Mischa Barton’s Lesbian Russian Pop Star Movie Isn’t Going to be Good

If you've been wondering what Mischa Barton has been up to, and I'm sure you haven't, let me fill you in. In her movie, Finding t.A.T.u., Mischa Barton plays a lesbian who finds love at a t.A.T.u. concert in Russia. Remember t.A.T.u.? The fake teenage lesbian pop act from Russia?

Anyway, yes, that's right, Mischa Barton is playing a lesbian. Again. And assuming it doesn't go direct to video (which it most certainly will), we'll all be able to see Mischa Barton kissing girls (or possibly just girl) on the big screen (though probably not, since it probably won't make it that far). Here's the synopsis from IMDB.

Two teenage girls, Janie who is American and Lana who is Russian, fall in love after meeting at a t.A.T.u concert and are swept into a dangerous world of obsession, drug abuse and murder.

But today, thanks to our very special blogging buddy The Thigmaster, over at Thighs Wide Shut, we can bring you the first clip / trailer / weird video compilation from the movie. It's a strange mash-up of clips, and not quite a trailer, but there is some Mischa Barton lesbian kiss action in there, so check it out.

Mischa Barton Nude in The Closing Ring

You've seen Mischa Barton's nipples (more than once), and you've seen a Mischa Barton "nude" scene (in which she wasn't actually nude), but you've never actually seen her completely naked. Well, maybe you have if you are one of a select few people, but most people haven't been so lucky. Though soon you will be, thanks to the fact that we will all see Mischa Barton nude in her new film The Closing Ring.

According to Recapped.com, Mischa finally shows the goods, in yet another attempt to regain the spotlight that will surely fail. Of course, I have no problems with her methods.

In the first, Mischa straddles her future husband while in their unfinished house. Mischa then lowers her dress and we see her breasts from the side. We get several more views of Mischa's breasts as they have sex. There is no roof on the house and it is during the day so the scene is well lit.

A little later Mischa is nude in a dark room. We see her ass from behind for a few seconds as she is deep in thought. Mischa then turns around and we get a great look at her breasts.

Don't go looking for this movie at your local movie theatre, though. If Mischa's past films are any indication, this one will be going straight to DVD, but that's just fine. There's no Pause button at the movie theatre.

Mischa Barton Nipple Slip for Charity

So Mischa Barton was out at some charity event for children the other night, and so was her nipple. Wearing a dress with a sheer top, the Mischa Barton nipple slip wasn't appreciated by the event's guests, and their children, reports Stuff.co.nz.

One onlooker said: "Mischa was wearing a sparkly yellow dress and one of her nipples was blatantly showing! It was so not appropriate for Save the Children."

A representative for the 21-year-old actress denies she bared her boob, saying: "It didn't happen, because if it did, there would be a photo."

Well, A) There is a photo. Actually, there's a lot of photos. And they're all right here. And 2) I'm pretty sure some of those kids, like the 10 through 12-year-old boys, probably didn't mind seeing Mischa Barton's nipple. In fact, I'd bet seeing some nipple is pretty high on a couple kids' "Make a Wish" list...
