Kind of out of the blue, but thanks to Egotastic! Reader 'Billy C.' for this unearthed little treasure of fanboy favorite Christina Ricci baring her post-breast reduction surgery top. While we mourned the lost of the mighty mighty D's that strode so brilliantly atop this counterculture thespianic for a good number of years, there's no denying that the sleeker, sportier topped version of Christina is nothing to shake a stick at, unless it by thy primal stick.
